Positions are Full-time, Monday to Friday and Geelong based. Carelink+ is our product and is the leading product in the Community Care Industry. We service over 140 Community Care providers across all states. Begin a journey through our organisation over the next 12-18 months and be rewarded with a permanent ongoing role with us. The successful applicant will rotate through the following areas to ensure a solid foundation from which to launch your career:

• Customer Support
• Programming and development
• Quality assurance and testing
• Implementation Consulting

Our Customer Support team, provide first and second level issue resolution via ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to customers on a daily basis as well as training services to ensure a consistent, quality outcome. This rotation includes intensive product training, database basics, exposure to triage, investigation, email communication and other processes. As well as deployment of features and SQL scripts to customers. You are supported by a team of experts in problem resolution.

Our Solutions team, design and develop our Carelink suite of products. There is a variety of work from research tasks, proof of concept, new product development, enhancement, maintenance and assisting with support. Changes to software are completed from specifications in accordance with design standards. Our technology strategy is modernising our products to cloud, web and mobile – as suited to the user and their needs. The technologies we use includes; Angular, Ionic, C#, SQL Server, SQLite, WPF and Crystal Reports. The current portfolio includes software designed for the web that is responsive across all devices, a mobile app and a desktop app. You will be working with a team of experienced software developers to assist and provide guidance

Our Quality Assurance team, build and execute test plans for all software changes and package our software for release to customers. Testing includes validation against specification to ensure the software meets customer expectations and is industry leading. Test types include system, smoke, regression, release packaging and working with customers in beta testing. They document test results, setup and maintain test environments, including automated testing. This rotation includes working with tools such as Jira, TestRail and MS SQL Server

Our Customer Consulting team provide experienced consultants to go on site to undertake a diagnostic review of how our product can best be implemented in a customer’s environment and develop project plans to achieve these outcomes. They review product features in use on a customer’s site and determine if they are being used effectively and whether there are options that the organisation could use to be more efficient and effective. They also, review and clean data for customers, give advice on how to best structure their data and overall best business practices. During this rotation you are exposed to the various industries in which we operate and learn an appreciation of how our product benefits our customers.
