Our client specialises in commercial construction projects up to $30 million in value. They are a long-established Ballarat based business that has grown to become a leading commercial construction company in Victoria.

Your new role
Reporting to a Construction Manager, you will work in partnership with a Project Manager to coordinate the successful delivery of an initial $10+ million dollar childcare project in the Geelong area. Primarily, you will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing OH&S, ensuring quality workmanship whilst adhering to deadlines and time frames.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Proven experience successfully delivering end to end Construction projects on-site.
• Previous experience site managing projects up to $30M
• Strong leadership and performance management skills with direct site staff as well as sub-contractors.
• Exposure to multiple commercial construction project types e.g. Aged Care, Health, Education, Retail, and Office.
• Construction trade background
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Proven ability to hit deadlines whilst delivering quality.
• Current working rights for Victoria, Australia
• Current driver’s license
